Amnesty International’s vision is of a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards.

The Amnesty School Group meets once a week and the main focus is to make the school community conscious of current human rights issues. We highlight particular campaigns, such as those against the death penalty or torture. We write letters on behalf of prisoners of conscience and run awareness events within the school.
