A Green committee was established in 2003, its goal being to increase awareness and understanding of the concept of recycling.
Since then interest in the environment, understanding of matters ‘green’ and conservation issues has changed and developed. To meet these changes the newly named ‘Evergreen’ was formed in 2011.
Its focus is on the education of students, parents and teachers on the fragility of our world and the need to work constantly to protect our environment for the generations to come. The group meets weekly and keeps the school on its toes in relation to its obligations, with imaginative awareness campaigns and events.
